Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, a puppy, a reservation, or placement on a waitlist.
Application Information
Puppy and adult-dog applications may contain detailed information about an applicant, household, property, lifestyle, current and previous pets, plans for a future dog, and other information used in our placement process.
GoldRox uses this information for evaluating the application, communicating with the applicant, verifying references where authorized, maintaining placement records, and determining whether one of our dogs may be an appropriate fit.
Application information is not sold to third parties.
Veterinary Reference Information
Applicants may provide information about their current or previous veterinary clinic and authorize GoldRox Goldens to contact that clinic.
When authorization is provided, we may contact the veterinary clinic to verify veterinary care, pet ownership history, or other information relevant to the application.
Veterinary information obtained as part of this process is used for application evaluation and placement purposes.
Website Form Submissions
Information submitted through our Contact Us form is used to respond to the sender and address the reason for the inquiry.
Our Contact Us form and Puppy Application use Formspree, a third-party form-processing service. Information submitted through those forms is transmitted to and processed by Formspree as necessary to deliver the submission to GoldRox Goldens.
Formspree maintains its own privacy practices and policies.
Brevo Email-list Signups
Our Future Litter Updates mailing list is managed through Brevo.
When you choose to join that list, information you provide through the external Brevo signup page is processed by Brevo and used to send the updates you requested.
Joining the email list does not constitute a puppy application, reservation, or waitlist position.
You may unsubscribe from those emails using the unsubscribe option included in the messages you receive.
Brevo maintains its own privacy practices and policies.
Social Media Information
Our puppy application may provide applicants with the option to share social media account information.
Providing this information is optional. If an applicant chooses to provide it, GoldRox may review publicly available information associated with those accounts as part of the application process.
Local Browser Storage
The Puppy Application may use your browser’s local storage to save an unfinished application on your device for up to 30 days. This information is stored locally in your browser and is not submitted to GoldRox Goldens until you complete and submit the application. You can remove locally saved application data by clearing your browser’s site data.
External Website Resources
Our website may load certain resources from third-party services. Google Fonts may be used to display website typography, and K9Data may be used to display pedigree-related images or information. When these resources are loaded, the third-party provider may receive technical information associated with the request, such as your IP address or browser information. These providers maintain their own privacy practices.
Website Hosting
